Hard Rock Hotel London

We were delighted with our stay here. The location was superb, next to a tube station and close to a cafe for breakfast. The service was excellent, room service was available at all hours and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good, with daily housekeeping and a selection of shops and commercial services available. We appreciated the in-room amenities like the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe. We were glad to have access to Wi-Fi in our rooms and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

We were within walking distance of the West End for mini golf and Portobello Road for a traditional 1920s cinema experience, which was a hit with the kids! The live rock music on Fridays and Saturdays was a fantastic treat, and the free kids menu and snacks ensured everyone left happy.

My wife says that a larger swimming pool for families would have been a great addition.

Perfect location for our trip to see a concert in Hyde Park. Loved the chilled out atmosphere in the bar and the funky decor in the room. Staff quickly resolved an issue with the air conditioning. a great stay.

I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for work for a few days. The location was perfect, just steps away from Oxford Street and a short walk to Regent Street. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel itself was stunning, with clean and well-maintained facilities. My husband appreciated the reasonable prices for beer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby made a great first impression. The rooms were just the right size for two people, with nice decor and a perfect AC system for warm days. The concierge provided excellent assistance, and being able to enjoy live music and bands in the evening was a welcome escape from work.

We loved the central location, just off Oxford Street and close to everything. The hotel facilities in the main reception-bar area were excellent. The breakfast had a great selection and staff were great.

We had an amazing stay at this fantastic hotel! The location couldn't be more central - walking distance from Selfridges and just a stone's throw away from Hyde Park. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon. The personal touch with balloons and a card added to our experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely lobby. The AC in the room was perfect for the warm days. The concierge was also very helpful, and the location was ideal for those who want to stay by Oxford Street.

We felt very well looked after, with no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the live music they had each night, even though it was only for 50 minutes. the hotel had great memorabilia scattered throughout, which added to the rock 'n' roll atmosphere. We had an amazing stay in an excellent location just off Oxford Street at Marble Arch. The hotel was in a fantastic area, really on top of everything. The decor was impressive, including authentic items used by pop stars. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room access was secured by a smart lift which read the card information provided to guests.

The bathrooms needed to be cleaned more often.

At my favorite hotel, the staff once guided me to my destination. With free internet, valet parking, and 24-hour service, it suits me perfectly. I return for romantic getaways - they have it all!

We loved our experience at the hotel. the atmosphere at the bar was amazing, with great music and live acts. the breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire property was beautiful and clean. the memorabilia on display was fantastic, adding to the overall experience. We would definitely love to visit again.
